Why should you care about pre-production and analyzing songs to make yours better?
I've seen my students invest in their music production education for a lot of reasons.
Here's what a few of them had to say about why they joined. Maybe you share some of their views...
"I'm looking forward to seeing and recognizing the patterns in these different pieces of music, and hearing what sets these pieces apart or
makes them "good". I've started down this path out of a love for music for sure. " -Karmin
"My desire is to learn about practical music production. I love the process of writing and playing. I lack so much the foundation of music production. The why's, the how to get
there's. How to take the things that are in my head and bringing them to fruition in musical expression. I look forward to the education I can gleen from your background." -Michael
"Making music is just a hobby for me but I am trying to make my songs as good as possible. I hope to learn some fancy production and arranging tricks here." -Andreas
And
last but not least, here's Patricia's experience going through the course:
When I asked her what she got out of the course, she said:
The most positive thing is that I feel capable to do a recording.
Mistakes will be made but the knowledge I gained will guide me to press on for success. I don't feel I'm capable to do it, that's why I'm venturing, knowing I will succeed.
Y'know, that's close to poetic!
