I just found this stellar feedback about Step By Step Mixing that I thought I'd share with you:
"This is a top-notch guide to music mixing in the modern way i.e. DAWs. I have learned much before I got to this book, but it has such an excellent spread of knowledge to impart, it works well at every skill level I believe. Some resources online help to round out your learning and hopefully I suppose, enjoyment, although I was doing some real projects of my own and just applied the lessons to that.
It’s also applicable to hardware, and while steering clear of being too narrow, we are lucky that things like ‘plugins’ have become a universal method, across different Operating Systems. Thus, when the author speaks of say compression, pretty much every compressor lets you do the stuff he speaks of, so it does not matter which one he uses, or you use.
Easy to recommend it, and it is compact, with other guides from the same author available, if say your appetite for compression or EQ is not abated by the main sections here on them.
No inducements of any sort were sought or obtained, for writing this review.

And yes, Richard is right. I have never paid a single person for a favorable review so you can be sure that any review and testimonial you read about Step By Step Mixing is the genuine opinion of real customers.
So if you're looking for a guide to help you level up your mixes, whatever your skill level, and finally finish those mixes so you can release your records, Step By Step Mixing is your best bet to get to the next level. The techniques inside the book have helped thousands of musicians gain the confidence to release their music so they can proudly play their music on Spotify, iTunes and other streaming platforms all over the world.
