How do you improve your mixes when there are so many mistakes to make?

Published: Wed, 09/25/13

I've been reading some of the comments to this week's competition post.

(If you haven't entered for your free copy yet, hurry. It ends tonight.)

I asked you to tell me about some of your mistakes you've made during mixes.

And you delivered.

Some of your mistakes I am all too familiar with, and ones I mention in the eCourse.

But there are also others that I hadn't thought of, like adding too much treatment to a track. I mean, I understand how that's a mistake but I didn't include it as an essential mistake in the course.

Which is why it's so great to have the course on the membership site instead of through email. I can add to each part of the course as the months go on, and YOU can benefit from going back and checking out about new articles only available to members.

Because once you finish the course, you'll still have access to all the parts in the members area.

But there's only so much you can learn about mixing from text. It's good to have video to go along with it.

That's where Mixing Mistakes Premium comes in. With 10 supplemental videos that go teach you tips and tricks related to each mixing mistake, it's a comprehensive look at improving your mixes.

And if you're an absolute fanatic about improving and learning about new mixing tricks, here's a chance you can upgrade for free.

You see, Joe Gilder over at Home Studio Corner is starting an intensive course on mixing as well. It's called Understanding Mixing.

Here's where your free upgrade comes in.

If you're really obsessed about improving your mixes, I definitely recommend checking it out. And if you grab it through my link here:

I'll give you FREE  access to the Platinum version of the Mixing Mistakes eCourse. (Just email me with your receipt).

I realize it's an expensive course, but I believe you can get something really great out of it, especially if you bundle it with my Premium eCourse for free.
