I spent last weekend at a retreat writing songs.

It's nice to dedicate a long weekend to writing songs without any distractions. Just you, a few friends and some acoustic guitars.

But man, I got schooled in writing.

I went up with people much more talented than me. It's always good to work with people that are more experienced because you will definitely learn something.
